MATT’S OFF ROAD GAMES 2025 – OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Event Date: March 19–22, 2025

Giveaway Entry Period: March 16, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. MT – March 22, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. MT

Winners Announced: March 22, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. MT

1. SPONSOR AND BENEFITING CHARITY

Sponsor: Matt’s Off Road Recovery (“Sponsor”).Benefiting Charity: All proceeds from certain paid-entry giveaways go to the American Legion - Hurricane Sterling Russell Post 100, Hurricane Valley Fire District, Washington County Search, and RescueUtah Public Land Alliance (“Charity”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Age Requirement: Open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.Residency: Open to legal residents of the United States. Residents outside the U.S. may participate provided they (a) comply with their local laws; (b) pay all applicable shipping, taxes, and fees; and (c) appear in person for any prizes requiring physical presence.Non-Eligible Participants: Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, step-family) are not eligible.Void Where Prohibited: Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. GIVEAWAYS OVERVIEW

There are three separate giveaways (collectively, “Giveaways”), each subject to these Terms:

A. Grand Prize Giveaway (Approx. Value: $41,000)

Prize: One (1) 2024 Polaris XP General 1000 Ultimate and one (1) Jumping Jack Jumbo 6×17 Utility Trailer Blackout Edition. How to Enter:Event Attendance: Each attendee at the 3-day Matt’s Off Road Games event (March 20–22, 2025) will receive one (1) free entry ticket. Additional Entries: Attendees may purchase in-person a sticker pack at $10 per pack; each pack grants one (1) additional entry ticket, or purchase a t-shirt bundle for six (6) tickets. Must Be Present to Win: The drawing will be held on March 22, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. MT. The selected winner must be physically present at the Event to claim the prize. If not present, an alternate winner may be selected.Proceeds: Proceeds from sticker pack sales go to the Charity. No Purchase Necessary Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): Mail a 3×5 card with your (1) full name, (2) email address, and (3) a statement that you wish to be entered to win the 2024 Polaris XP General 1000 Ultimate and one (1) Jumping Jack Jumbo 6×17 Utility Trailer Blackout Edition Giveaway. B. TALARIA STING MX3 Giveaway (Approx. Value: $6,200)

Prize: Two (2) TALARIA STING MX3 motorcycles (combined approximate value $6,200).How to Enter: Donation Purchase: Participants may purchase a sticker pack ($10) for one (1) ticket, or purchase a t-shirt bundle for six (6) tickets. Purchases can be made online. No Purchase Necessary Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): Mail a 3×5 card with your (1) full name, (2) email address, and (3) a statement that you wish to be entered to win the TALARIA STING MX3 Giveaway. Mail your entry to: Matt’s Off Road Games455 N 2260 W, Hurricane, UT 84737. All mail-in entries must be received by March 21, 2025 to be included in the drawing. Presence Not Required: The winner need not be present to win, this is for Virtual attendees. Proceeds: Proceeds from sticker pack/t-shirt sales benefit the Charity.

C. Matt’s Off Road Ultimate Recovery Kit (Approx. Value: $2,000)

How to Enter (Skill-Based): Post videos or photos to social media using both hashtags: #mattsOffroadGames2025 and #mattsOffroadRecovery.Winner Selection: Matt (the Sponsor) will judge submissions based on creativity, skill, and design. This is not a random drawing. No Purchase Necessary: No fee or donation is required to participate.Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on March 22, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. MT.

4. ENTRY PERIOD

All Giveaways: Open from March 16, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. MT through March 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. MT.Drawing and Winner Announcement: Winners (for the two chance-based giveaways) and the selected skill-based contest winner will be announced on March 22, 2025 at approximately 6:00 p.m. MT.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Grand Prize & TALARIA STING MX3 Giveaways (Chance-Based):Random Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.Notification:Grand Prize: Announced live on March 22, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. MT. Winner must be present to claim the prize. If the winner is not present, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.TALARIA STING MX3: Announced on March 22, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. MT. The winner need not be present; Sponsor will contact the winner using the information provided at the time of entry or donation.Claiming the Prize: Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification (or as stated by Sponsor) and follow Sponsor’s instructions. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.Matt’s Off Road Ultimate Recovery Kit (Skill-Based):Selection Process: Entries will be reviewed, and Sponsor will pick a winner based on creativity, skill, and design. Sponsor’s decision is final and non-appealable.Notification: The winner will be announced at the Event and/or notified via social media.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

Grand Prize: 2024 Polaris XP General 1000 Ultimate + Jumping Jack Jumbo 6×17 Utility Trailer Blackout Edition (Approx. $41,000).TALARIA STING MX3: Two (2) TALARIA STING MX3 vehicles, combined approximate value $6,200.Skill-Based Prize: Matt’s Off Road Ultimate Recovery Kit (Approx. $2,000).Taxes, Shipping, and Handling: All winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), as well as fees for title, registration, shipping, delivery, and/or any additional costs associated with claiming or using the prize. No Prize Transfer or Substitution: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Compliance with Utah Law: These Giveaways are intended to comply with Utah law regarding charitable raffles and skill-based contests. Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the entry methods or rules if advised by counsel.Charitable Benefit: Proceeds from the chance-based giveaways benefit the Legion Veterans of Hurricane, Utah.Use of Entries (Skill-Based Contest): By submitting content for the skill-based contest, you represent that you own all rights to the content and grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for promotional purposes.Publicity: By participating, each winner agrees to allow Sponsor and its affiliates to use their name, likeness, voice, statements, and/or photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.Release of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Charity, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising from participation or receipt/use/misuse of any prize.Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.Force Majeure: Sponsor is not responsible for any event beyond its reasonable control—such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or technical failures—that may cause cancellation or postponement.Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms and the Giveaways are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and participants consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
