1. SPONSOR

The Matt’s Off Road Games 2026 Giveaways, Sweepstakes, and Skill Contest (collectively, the “Promotion”) are sponsored by Matt’s Off Road Recovery (“Sponsor”).

2. EVENT DETAILS

Event Dates: March 19–21, 2026

Location: Sand Hollow State Park, Hurricane, Utah

Time Zone: Mountain Time (MT)

3. FRAUD WARNING

This is a legitimate promotion sponsored by Matt’s Off Road Recovery. Winners will never be asked to pay fees, provide bank or credit card information, or send money to claim a prize. Official communications will be made only using the contact information provided by entrants.

4. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

5. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins February 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM MT and ends March 21, 2026 at 4:00 PM MT (“Promotion Period”).

Entry deadlines vary by method and are detailed below.

6. PROMOTION STRUCTURE

The Promotion includes three distinct components:

Door Prizes (Small Giveaways)

Sweepstakes Prizes (Big & Grand Prizes)

Skill-Based Video Contest (Judged, Not Random)

Each component is governed independently by the applicable rules below.

7. DAILY SMALL GIVEAWAYS (DOOR PRIZES)

March 19–20, 2026

Daily small giveaways (“Door Prizes”) will be awarded during the Event and may include prizes with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $20–$500, such as apparel, recovery straps, tools, and vehicle accessories.

Eligibility & Entry Sources

Door Prizes may be awarded to individuals who meet any of the following criteria:

Paid event attendees present on-site

Eligible participants who earned entries through purchases

Eligible participants who entered via the Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase is required to be eligible. Purchasing does not increase the odds of winning compared to free methods of entry.

Winner Selection & Announcement

Winners may be selected at random from eligible entries.

Winners may be announced live at the Event, via Sponsor’s official YouTube channel, or through other official Sponsor communication channels.

On-site winners must be physically present and claim prizes within five (5) minutes of being called.

Remote winners (including AMOE entrants) will be contacted using the information provided at entry and must respond within five (5) business days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. SMALL & BIG GIVEAWAYS — MARCH 19–21, 2026

Small and Big Giveaways will be conducted at various times during the Event between March 19, 2026 and March 21, 2026, prior to 4:00 PM MT on March 21, 2026.

Small Prizes

ARV: $20–$500

Includes apparel, recovery gear, tools, equipment, and merchandise

May be awarded to eligible participants selected on-site or remotely

On-site winners must claim prizes within five (5) minutes

Remote winners (including AMOE entrants) must respond within five (5) business days

Big Prizes

ARV: $600–$6,000

Includes assorted recovery gear, tools, equipment, and merchandise

May be awarded to eligible participants selected on-site or remotely

On-site winners must claim prizes within five (5) minutes

Remote winners (including AMOE entrants) must respond within five (5) business days

Failure to timely claim any prize will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. GRAND PRIZE GIVEAWAYS — MARCH 21, 2026 AT 4:00 PM MT

Two (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded:

Grand Prize #1 — Vehicle

One (1) 1988 GMC Jimmy

ARV: $30,000 USD

The Grand Prize #1 winner must be physically present in the designated Prize Drawing Area at the time of the drawing and must claim the prize within two (2) minutes of being called or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Grand Prize #2 — Side-by-Side (UTV)

One (1) 2026 Polaris RZR XP S

ARV: $22,499 USD (MSRP)

Grand Prize #3 — GREATER ZION ADVENTURE TOUR

One (1) MORR Adventures

Estimated Retail Value (ARV): $4,500 USD

Three-day, two-night getaway for the whole family in Southern Utah.

Four-seater Polaris RZR provided by Mad Moose and MORR Adventures and Tours for the duration of the stay.

10. HOW TO ENTER — SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES (BIG & GRAND PRIZES ONLY)

A. PAID ENTRY METHOD

One (1) entry for every $10 USD spent (excluding taxes and fees)

Maximum 100 entries per person

Purchase does not improve odds compared to free entries

Eligible purchases may be made from February 1, 2026 through March 21, 2026 at 1:00 PM MT.

B. MORR ADVENTURES & TOURS PURCHASE BONUS

Participants who purchase a qualifying Morr Adventures & Tours product will automatically receive the maximum 100 entries. All entry limits apply equally to paid and free entrants.

C. FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

11. AMOE FREE ACCESS FOR GRAND PRIZE DRAWING

AMOE entrants will receive:

A Free Prize Drawing Access Pass

Entry to the Prize Drawing Area beginning 3:00 PM MT on March 21, 2026

A free parking voucher valid during the drawing window

AMOE access does not include full event admission.

12. WINNER SELECTION & CLAIM

Sweepstakes winners selected by random drawing

Sponsor’s decisions are final

Winners must present valid government-issued photo ID

Winners must complete required releases and tax forms

Claim Deadlines

On-site winners: five (5) minutes (unless otherwise stated)

Remote winners (including AMOE): five (5) business days

Failure to claim results in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.

13. SKILL-BASED VIDEO CONTEST — MATT’S ULTIMATE RECOVERY KIT

This contest is skill-based, not a sweepstakes.

Prize: Matt’s Ultimate Recovery Kit

ARV: $2,000 USD

How to Enter

Create an original video about what the event means to you

Post on YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram

Include #mattsoffroadgames2026 and #mattsoffroadrecovery

Submit by 1:00 PM MT on March 21, 2026

Winner announced live on March 21, 2026.

14. PRIZE CONDITIONS & TAXES

All prizes awarded as-is. Winners are responsible for all taxes and costs. Prizes valued over $600 will be reported via IRS Form 1099-MISC.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participants release Sponsor from liability arising from participation or prize use.

16. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Winners grant Sponsor the right to use name, likeness, voice, and image worldwide in perpetuity.

17. DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor may disqualify entrants for rule violations or misconduct.

18. PRIVACY

Information collected will be used solely to administer the Promotion.

19. GOVERNING LAW

Governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Venue lies exclusively in Washington County, Utah.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.

21. WINNERS LIST

Available for 60 days following the Event by written request.

22. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Manufacturers are not sponsors of this Promotion.
